CASA BLANCA hand pours all candles in small batches, allowing us to have greater control over the quality of our candles. The care and attention we literally pour into our candles is unmatched!

CASA BLANCA aims to provide customers with high quality home essential products that are non-toxic and safe for everyday use. We strive to create an atmosphere of comfort and luxury that is uniquely satisfying and non-harmful.

CASA BLANCA uses Coconut Wax, which is one of the cleanest burning waxes & often considered as the best natural wax option. Coconut wax burns slower than other waxes for a longer lasting candle and has a stronger scent throw than soy wax. It’s also the most eco-friendly wax to produce.

CASA BLANCA also uses cotton wicks and phthalate-free fragrance oils.

We recommend keeping your candle away from any draft and trimming your wicks to about ¼ of an inch before each burn! Make sure to keep your burn sessions limited to no more than 4 hours and/or until the entire surface of the wax has fully melted.

ABSOLUTELY! To remove the last bit of wax in your jar, we recommend briefly popping it into the freezer before wiping it clean for repurposing.

Our natural odor eliminating mists are water-based, utilizing reverse osmosis and deionization technology. Non-aerosol sprays offer a natural way to refresh and deodorize your space. Our mist formulations are non-toxic, alcohol-free, Phthalate-free, Paraben-free, Vegan-friendly and Cruelty-free.

Since our mists are non-aerosol sprays, they work best when they are applied directly to a surface such as linens, clothing, fabrics, upholstery, and more!

We offer a simple flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 to ship domestically (within the US) through USPS ground shipping! All orders over $75.00 will receive complimentary shipping.

Domestic orders typically take 3-7 days to ship, but transit times may increase due to seasonal shipping delays.

We currently do not offer international shipping but hope to have a solution in the future.

In order to be eligible for a return, all products must remain unused and in a re-sellable condition, and must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. To begin an initiation process, simply email us at info@casablancaluxuries.com

Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers will be responsible for the cost to ship items back to us. Upon your package’s return, you’ll be notified of any approved or rejected requests for a refund; in the event that you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days. We also reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet conditions outlined above.

Orders that return to our facilities as being undeliverable as addressed by the carriers will be subject to an automatic refund (less shipping) issued back to the original form of payment within 7 business days of its return.
